Service Description
Keep those lashes lush! This service is for volume lash clients 1-2 weeks following the last lash visit. The service may also be based on the time needed to complete the touch-up. No Transfer fills accepted. This service is for previous guests. If you are new HB&R please book a full set.
Cancellation Policy
POLICIES: -Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late please call Katelyn at 734-604-0916. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. -No other guests are allowed in the studio, this includes children. Please make other care arrangements for your children during your appointment. A tattoo facility is not a safe environment for kids. -Payments: All cards are excepted. Cash, Venmo, and Paypal are also acceptable forms of payment. Checks are not. Payment is required at the time of service or immediately upon issue of the invoice. CANCELLATION POLICY: Micropigmentation is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. For PMU, we require a $100 booking fee to reserve this time for your appointment. The fee will apply to the total cost of the treatment and the remaining balance is to be paid the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. If your appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice (or in the case of a no-show you will be invoiced the full price of your scheduled service). If you are feeling ill or unwell we will reschedule your appointment. You must stay home to prevent potential transmission if you are sick. I understand that life happens and things come up please call Katelyn if you need to reschedule. CANCELATION FOR ALL OTHER SERVICES: Out of courtesy, if you are unable to make your appointment please text Katelyn @ 734-604-0916 or email katelyn@highbrowandrouge.com to cancel. If you no call / no show, I will not rebook you for services. Any deposits made when booking will be held as credit for future services unless canceling completely before the 48 hour window. If cancellation happens after the 48 hour cancellation the deposit made for your appointment will be forfeited. RESCHEDULING: You may reschedule once with your initial booking fee (if applicable). If you need to reschedule again after the first rescheduled time we will require payment in full upfront to hold your appointment. PARKING: There is a lot behind the building. You can enter through the rear entrance if parking in the lot. RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT: Though it is extremely rare, we reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons: • Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/suntan) • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol • Any behavior which, in the opinion of the artist or Highbrow & Rouge, might compromise the artist’s ability to work safely and comfortably toward the desired results.
